Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original unopened packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. Upon receipt of the item for return we will fully examine to determine the eligibility of a return or exchange. You will be notified within 5-7 business days of our decision and your original method of payment will be credited for the purchase price.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on firearms unless they are defective. If you have purchased a firearm which you find is defective, please contact us at
Upon receipt of the returned firearm, we will fully examine and contact the manufacturer in a reasonable time period. No firearm will be sent away for repairs until we notify the buyer first. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will have the firearm replaced, or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss of damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
